Benedict will be talking about his piece Yeşil gece müziği as part of the postgraduate composers’ research seminar in the Victoria Rooms on Tuesday 16 February at 4:30pm. He will be talking about the background and compositional process of the piece, which was commissioned by the Hezarfen Ensemble as part of the British Council-funded From Word to Sound project for performance during the Bilkent New Music Days at Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey in May 2015.
